A sailing oil discovery foundation with 67 team on panel capsized off the European Far Eastern region of Sakhalin when it ran into a weather while being transported, and at least two of the team passed away, European announcement organizations revealed on Saturday.
Fourteen of the team were recovered from the 'Kolskaya' foundation, handled by European discovery company Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka, but the rest were losing.
