A U.S. military court convicted leading Afghanistan rogue "kill team" premeditated murder three American soldiers. Sergeant Calvin Gibbs, 26, admitted cutting and keeping the body as a trophy of the fingers, but said he returned the enemy's fire, and did not kill.

Gibbs's lawyer argued that the three accused pleaded guilty to conspiracy for his own behavior. Five jury deliberation for four hours before announcing the verdict, pronounced him guilty of all 15 charges against him.
