Cat Cora open a branch of Cat Cora’s Que

First came Morimoto in Napa, and now comes word of a second Iron Chef opening a Bay Area restaurant. Cat Cora has signed on to open a branch of Cat Cora’s Que (aka CCQ) in the upcoming Terminal 2 project in SFO.CCQ is Cora’s fast casual barbecue chain concept that seems to be a likely candidate to be replicated across the country (there’s already one in Southern California).

                 

Meat will obviously be central, but it won’t be a traditional ‘cue joint — there will be salads, wraps and if the SoCal branch is any indication, locally-sourced product.
